Check-In Rules
1. Clear the security Deposits and Rent before shifting.
2. Contact our property manager and complete all documentation including rent agreements, police verification etc. before shifting in the property.
3. Make sure you clear it out with the property manager what is included in the rent and what isn’t.
4. Ensure all the fittings, fixtures, electronics etc. are working fine as per your requirements. For any help, contact the property manager for the same.
Check-Out Rules
- Notice to vacate can be given only after the Lockin period (Notice period – 1 Month)
- Clear all dues of there is any before leaving.
- Notice period rent shall not be adjusted in the Security Deposit.
- Please inform the property manager regarding any damages or repairs (if applicable) before hand to ensure timely processing of security deposit reversal.
